CHECK IN Check in is from 16:00 on the day of your arrival. The customer must inform the establishment in advance of his expected time of arrival. CHECK OUT Check out must be made before 11:00 on the day of your departure. There is the possibility of processing a late check out, with an additional cost, as long as the apartment is available and agreed in advance. PETS Pets are prohibited from entering the hotel. Pets of any kind are not accepted. CONDITIONS ON CHILDREN From 24 months they will have to lodge in enabled rooms with sofa-bed. CANCELLATIONS You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 15 days before your arrival date. You will pay the full price if you cancel during the 15 days before the arrival date.
